Resume templates
Choose a layout that suits the job and the way you will send the resume. Each template is labelled by how safely automated screening can read it.
Templates, labelled by how safely they can be read
Every template is drawn from the same resume data, so switching never loses content. The safety label says how likely a strict parser is to read the layout correctly.
Professional
ATS safety: balancedOn the Free plan | Two columns
Blue header, wide main column for experience and education, narrow side column for skills and certifications. The side column comes after the main content in the file, so text extraction reads it last.

Single column, serif type, centred name and thin rules. The most conventional layout.
Suits: Finance, Consulting, Law, MBA
Minimal

Suits: Startups, Product, Marketing, Operations
Tech
ATS safety: balancedPaid plans | One column
Single column with monospace details. Section headings start with // like code comments, which some parsers read less reliably than plain headings.
Suits: Software, DevOps, Data science
Vibrant
ATS safety: balancedPaid plans | One column
Orange name and headings, with dates in a left gutter beside each entry and the summary inside the header. A strict parser may read a date before the job it belongs to.
Suits: Design, Marketing, Creative roles
Executive
ATS safety: creativePaid plans | Two columns
Dark side panel with light text for name, contact, skills and certifications, and a serif main column. Reversed text on a filled panel is the layout parsers handle least well; use it for people-to-people applications.
Suits: Senior roles, Management, Consulting
Every preview uses the same made-up sample resume.
What the labels mean
What the labels mean
- ATS safety: high
- One column, standard headings, dark text on white, no icons or images. The safest layout for strict parsers.
- ATS safety: balanced
- One reading order, with something a strict parser could misread, such as a narrow second column, dates in a gutter or headings styled like code comments.
- ATS safety: creative
- A filled side panel with light text on a dark background. Parsers handle this layout least well, so it suits a resume you send to a person.
