Getting started
Who can sign up?
Anyone who is 18 or older can create an account with an email address. You confirm the address with a one-time code, choose a password and agree to how your resumes are processed. The account is an ordinary ProSculpt student account, so the same email and password also work on the rest of ProSculpt. If your email address already has a ProSculpt account, sign in instead. Employer, college and trainer accounts use their own ProSculpt portals, not this site.
Is it free?
Yes. The Free plan costs nothing and needs no payment details. It includes 3 resume imports a month, 3 ATS checks a day, 5 AI writing actions a month and 3 job description analyses a month. Student Pro is Rs 1,299 a year (Rs 108 a month billed annually) and Student Pro+ is Rs 2,499 a year (Rs 208 a month billed annually). The pricing page lists every limit side by side.
The ATS Compatibility Score
What is the ATS Compatibility Score?
It is ProSculpt's own estimate, out of 100, of how easily automated screening can read your resume and how well it matches a job description you provide. It is built from 6 parts: parsing and structure, skills, keywords in context, experience, completeness and formatting. The points come from fixed rules, not from an AI model, so the same resume gets the same score every time. Every issue behind the score says what was found, why it matters and how to fix it.
Does a high score mean I will get an interview?
No. The score points out problems worth fixing. Employers use different software and different rules, and people make the final decision, so no score can promise an interview or a job. Use it as a checklist, not as a pass or fail result.
Which applicant tracking systems does it match?
None in particular. The score is not a copy of any vendor's scoring and it is not taken from any employer's system. It checks for common causes of a resume being misread: a file with no readable text, missing contact details, unclear section headings, dates that are hard to parse, layouts that mix the reading order, and bullets with no result in them.
AI
How is AI used?
AI helps with writing a summary, improving or generating bullet points, rewriting and shortening text, suggesting skills, tailoring a resume to a job you paste in, and reading an imported file when the rules-based reader is unsure. It is optional. If you leave AI processing off when you sign up, AI suggestions and the AI step of importing stay off, and the rest of the studio still works. Scoring and job comparison do not use an AI model.
Can the AI make things up about me?
The AI is told to work only with what your resume already says. A separate check in code then compares every proposed change with your resume and flags any number, employer, job title, technology, certification or degree that is new. A flagged change is never applied on its own: you confirm it, edit it or reject it. A job description never counts as proof of your experience. The check is automatic and can miss things, so read every change before you accept it.
What is sent to an AI provider?
Only the parts of your resume that a task needs. Your name, email address, phone number, location and links are replaced with placeholders before anything is sent, and put back afterwards. Text you write in a bullet or a summary can still be sent, so leave out anything you do not want a third-party provider to process. The providers are third parties and may process data outside India. The subprocessors page on the main site lists them.
Your resume and data
Where are my files and resumes kept?
Your resumes are stored against your account, and every request is checked against the account that is signed in. Uploaded files are kept in private storage and can be reached only through short-lived signed links. The privacy policy on the main site explains how ProSculpt handles personal data and how to ask for it to be exported or deleted.
Can I delete a resume or my account?
You can delete a resume from your dashboard. To close your account and remove the data in it, contact info@prosculpt.co and the request is handled under the privacy policy.
Files
What can I export?
You can download a PDF or a Word (DOCX) file. Both are built from the same resume data as the preview, so what you see is what you get. PDF export is included on Free, Student Pro and Student Pro+. DOCX export is included on Student Pro and Student Pro+.
Which files can I import?
PDF, DOCX and plain text (TXT) files up to 15 MB. A PDF can have up to 15 pages. The file type is checked from the contents of the file, not only its name, and a file that cannot be read is refused with the reason. A scanned PDF with no text in it cannot be read.
Plans
What is the difference between the plans?
Student Pro adds or raises resumes, saved versions, resume templates, resume imports, DOCX export, ATS checks, detailed ATS report, AI writing, AI tailoring, job description analysis, job match score, keyword gap report and skill gap report. Student Pro+ adds or raises AI tailoring and job description analysis on top of that. The pricing page lists every limit for every plan.
How do I pay, and can I get a refund?
Paid plans are bought on ProSculpt's checkout after you sign in. The refund policy on the main site explains what can be refunded.
